It arrived exactly when they said it would, I was happy to see the delivery was on time again

I used RC Planet on my phone and had a good experience. The site loaded quickly, and I was able to find the parts I needed without clicking around forever. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. Overall, it was easy and hassle-free

The search filters were okay overall, but I feel like they could be a bit easier to use. I had to go back and forth a few times while checking my email receipts, so a more straightforward setup would’ve helped.

The warranty support was fine overall, but it did take longer than I expected. I get that things can get busy, and I’m not trying to be unfair, but when someone is dealing with a warranty issue, a little quicker communication feels like the decent thing to do. They did help in the end, though.

I did get my refund in the end, so I appreciate that they followed through. It just took a few more days than I thought it would, which was a bit frustrating. Nothing awful, but when people are waiting on their money, it feels like the decent thing is to keep things moving or at least give a heads-up

I ordered a few RC parts from RC Planet i was fully prepared to get annoyed at the shipping cost. You know how it goes with small parts, the items are cheap, then suddenly shipping costs more than half the order for no good reason.

But this time the shipping was actually really fair, which was a nice surprise. The checkout showed the cost clearly too, with no last-second nonsense or weird extra fees popping up right before paying. I wish more sites would just do that instead of making checkout feel like a trap.

The package showed up fine and everything was good, so I really can’t complain. Kind of sad that reasonable shipping feels worth mentioning these days, but here we are. I’d order from them again.

I was surprised by how many parts RC Planet had. I found what I needed for my older truck quickly, which is usually a huge hassle... It’s just nice having so many brands all in one place!

RC Planet usually has a solid selection of replacement parts, that’s a big help when something breaks and you don’t feel like searching all over the place.
The only thing is, some parts are out of stock, or it can take a minute to track down the exact one you need. So yeah, overall it’s good, just not always the smoothest every time.
